Mud Season

As we move into the warmer months, we would like to remind customers that our trucks and equipment are very heavy. During periods when the ground becomes soft—particularly in the spring —driveways are more susceptible to damage from the weight of our vehicles.

If you are concerned about potential damage and do not wish for our trucks to enter your driveway or property during these conditions, please contact our office to temporarily suspend service until ground conditions improve.

If we do not hear from you, our trucks will attempt to access your property as usual in order to provide your scheduled service. Please note that during warmer days, when the ground is softer, this may result in possible driveway damage.

By allowing our trucks to enter your driveway or property, please understand that Riverside Disposal is not responsible for any damage that may occur to driveways, lawns, or other private property due to the weight of our trucks or equipment.

Our team will be happy to work with you to find the best solution for your situation. Thank you for your understanding and for being a valued customer.

Sincerely,
Riverside Disposal Team
